OUR HISTORY
Isthmus Consulting was established in 2019 by experienced consultants who transitioned from the Big Four, driven by a desire to provide a more personalised and client-focused approach to management consulting. We recognised a need for a consultancy that prioritised long-term program delivery and sustained client support, moving away from the short-term, transactional engagements often seen in larger firms. Moreover, we aimed to cultivate a more positive and supportive work environment for our consultants, believing that a thriving team directly translates to a more rewarding experience for our clients.OUR MISSION
